N-Type TOPCON panels use a more advanced tunnel oxide passivated contact cell that eliminates LID (Light-Induced Degradation), delivers up to 30% more power than conventional P-type modules, and maintains higher output in low-light and high-temperature conditions. TOPCON is the better choice for large commercial, industrial, and government projects where long-term ROI matters most.
It means Rayon Solar guarantees your panels will produce at least a certain percentage of their rated power output for 27 years. Our TOPCON panels degrade by less than 1% in year one and less than 0.4% every year after that, ensuring 87.4% of rated output at year 30. The 12-year product warranty separately covers defects in materials and workmanship. Because we manufacture every panel ourselves, we are the company standing directly behind both warranties.

Rayon Solar panels are ALMM listed (Approved List of Models and Manufacturers), which is the government’s requirement for panels used in subsidised residential installations under PM Surya Ghar and other MNRE schemes. Our DCR TOPCON series also meets Domestically Certified Route requirements for government tenders and utility-scale projects. For most residential rooftops, the RS144MB MonoPERC series (500W to 555W) delivers excellent performance at a cost-efficient price point. If you have limited roof space and want maximum output per panel, or if your roof faces partial shading, the N-Type TOPCON series is worth the upgrade because of its higher efficiency and better low-light performance. The RS132G12R series (610W to 630W) uses large-format G12R wafer cells to achieve the highest raw power output per panel in our range, with efficiencies up to 23.32%. It is ideal for ground-mounted solar farms, large industrial rooftops, and utility-scale projects where you need maximum energy yield per unit of installed area. For standard commercial and residential rooftops where module dimensions matter, TOPCON is more practical. Our team will advise based on your roof dimensions, load requirements, and budget.
Bifacial panels have active solar cells on both the front and rear surface. The rear side captures sunlight reflected off the ground, rooftop surface, or surrounding environment, generating additional power without any extra land area or installation cost. Our TOPCON and G12R panels have a bifaciality factor of 80 ± 5%, meaning the rear side can produce up to 80% as much power as the front. In real-world conditions on a light-colored or reflective surface, this typically adds 5 to 15% to overall energy yield.
